DELIVERY
Dubai based Orders:
- To qualify for free express delivery, your order must have a subtotal of AED 150 or more.
- Delivery Timeframe: We offer same-day delivery within Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 PM. For orders placed after cut off time, they will be delivered the following day.
- Delivery Fees: For orders within Dubai, that do not meet the AED 150 minimum, standard delivery fees of AED 25 will apply. You can view the delivery fee during the checkout process
UAE based Orders:
- To qualify for free delivery, your order must have a subtotal of AED 200 or more.
- Delivery Timeframe: For emirates across the UAE, orders will be delivered the following day.
- Delivery Fees: For orders within UAE, that do not meet the AED 200 minimum, standard delivery fees of AED 25 will apply. These fees are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. You can view the delivery fee during the checkout process
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email / whatsapp message from our Delivery partner with a tracking number so you can track your order and stay informed about its delivery status.
- Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Other GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia) based Orders:
- We charge a delivery fee of AED 50 for all GCC based orders. You can view the delivery fee during the checkout process. We will aim to deliver the items within 4-10 working days.
- Customs Charges (GCC) : Value Added Tax (VAT) and other charges may still apply. The rates of duty depend on the type of goods and their country of origin, and the VAT rate is set by the destination country. It's important to note that customs procedures can cause delays in delivery times, and additional fees may be charged by courier services for handling customs clearance.
