How can I change/cancel my order?

If you would like to change/cancel your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible at contact@atelierdeglow.ae. We will not be able to change/cancel the order if it has been processed by our warehouse team.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We offer same-day delivery within Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 PM. For other emirates across the UAE, orders will be delivered the following day

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

At Atelier De Glow, all our Korean skincare products are sourced directly from the brands or their authorized suppliers. This ensures that every product sold on our website is 100% authentic.

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase we offer you a 14 day return service.

Please contact us on contact@atelierdeglow.ae to receive further instructions or by the contact form on our website. For compliance with hygeine regulations, cosmetic products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
